At DC4, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your DC4 account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
